This Privacy Policy explains how LaundryWing (“we”) collects, uses, shares, and protects your information when you use our Services.

1. Information We Collect

• Account & contact info (name, phone, email, address, profile photo optional).
• Orders & payments (order details, service options, transaction status; no full card numbers).
• Device & app info (model, OS, version, crash logs).
• Approximate location (with your permission).
• User content (messages to support, feedback).

2. Why We Use It

• Provide and operate laundry pickup & delivery.
• Process payments and send receipts.
• Improve quality and app performance.
• Prevent fraud, secure accounts, comply with law.
• Send service updates (order status, delivery).

3. Sharing

We do not sell your data. We may share with service providers, logistics partners, or as required by law.

4. Retention

We keep account, order, and invoice data while your account is active and as required by law. Diagnostic logs are kept up to 12 months.

5. Security

We use encryption, hashed passwords, and access controls. No system is 100% secure.

6. Your Rights

• Access or update your profile in the app.
• Opt out of marketing messages in Settings.

8. Children’s Privacy

Our Services are not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected data from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly. Parents or guardians who believe their child has provided us information may contact us at support@laundrywing.vn.

9. Permissions We Use

• Location: To allow pickup & delivery service at your address (with your permission).
• Storage: To let you upload or attach photos (e.g., laundry items, receipts).
• Microphone: If you use voice input or call features within the app (with your consent).
• Overlay Permission: Only used to show important service notifications (not for ads or hidden behavior).
• Biometric/Fingerprint: For secure login authentication if enabled on your device.

These permissions are only used to provide the core functionality of the app and are never sold or misused.

10. Third-Party Services

• Firebase Cloud Messaging: Used to send push notifications. Google may collect device and app identifiers as part of this service.
• Google Maps SDK: Used to display pickup and delivery locations. Google may collect location and usage data in accordance with their Privacy Policy.
• Expo Image Picker: Used if you choose to upload or attach photos from your device.
• Expo Notifications: Used to deliver service updates and order reminders.
• Expo Local Authentication: Used to enable secure login with fingerprint or face recognition.

We do not use advertising SDKs or collect personal data for targeted advertising.
